Ante-Natal & Birth Support
Ante-natal package
Initially we will arrange a meeting together in your home.
During the first visit we will get to know each other, discuss your needs and expectations and explore ways that I can help you as your Doula (this is usually between 24-28 weeks, or earlier if preferred).

During our second ante-natal meeting together we will discuss your needs and desires for birth. I can support/information you need for each stage of your pregnancy, labour and birth to ensure you are fully prepared.
I can research and source any information you need, providing articles, book suggestions etc to give you all the information you need to make informed choices.
I will be available for you to contact me by phone, email, or WhatsApp, to answer any concerns or questions you may have along the way.
On-call from 38 weeks, 24 hours a day, up until your baby is born.
I will be with you providing continuous support for you and your partner for the duration of your labour and will remain with you until you are ready for me to leave.
We can arrange for me to visit you within the first few days at home. We can discuss the birth and answer any questions you have and celebrate the birth of your precious new baby.
You can contact me anytime during the first few days with any questions, concern or just to share the wonderful, special moments you’re experiencing together as a new family.

Night Nanny
When you first bring home your beautiful baby a full nights sleep is so important. With this in mind, I would love to help parents with overnight support. Being a mum myself I understand what a difference it can make to a mothers postnatal recovery and your family as a whole. Knowing your baby is being tended to will allow you to get some well-earned sleep.
Each overnight plan is tailored to suit the needs of the family.
The sleep package includes:
â–ª Personal consultation to discuss what your needs are.
â–ª Overnight home stay for 8 or 10 hours per visit.
â–ª Feeding, either bringing baby to mum for breastfeeding or I will bottle feed.
â–ª Change and soothe baby back to sleep.
â–ª On call text and phone support for additional support.
â–ª Checklists and referrals if required.
